Geekbench listing reveals Samsung Galaxy A07 5G details

ISLAMABAD: Samsung Galaxy is set to launch a new device, Galaxy A07 5G, expanding its A series.

Its previous model, Galaxy A07 4G, was unveiled in August this year,

Before its official launch, the launch details of 5G Android phones have already been spotted on the benchmarking platform – Geekbench.

The smartphone appears on Geekbench with model number SM A076B, thought to be a Galaxy A 07 5G.

Based on information provided by Geekbench, it features Android 16 out of the box and has 4GB of RAM.

From the Geekbench entry, it may be seen that the device comes with an octa-core CPU composed of six processing cores operating at 2.00 GHz and another two operating at 2.40 GHz.

The details point to the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC used in the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G device.

For benchmarking, the Galaxy A07 5G had a single-core score of 729 points and a multi-core score of 1,878 points. Galaxy A07 5G is anticipated to be released at the end of this month or early next year.

There are reports doing the rounds that this new device is expected to have little improvements over its predecessor.
