ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has provided mobile users with access to information on value-added services.
PTA has directed all mobile operators to provide VAS information, after which users will be able to check and deactivate subscriptions to unnecessary value-added services themselves.
PTA says that to avoid unnecessary deductions, users should check their active VAS packages. Users will be able to deactivate unwanted VAES subscriptions immediately.
Regular checking of active value-added services will help avoid unnecessary expenses.
The aim of this initiative of PTA is to provide users with complete awareness of their mobile accounts, promote transparency, and help them avoid unnecessary deductions so that they can review their active services on time.
