ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has introduced a new digital assistant to facilitate and guide telecom users.
Through this assistant, users will be able to easily get information related to telecommunication services and complaint procedures.
According to PTA, this service is available on WhatsApp number 03150055055. The digital assistant provides menu-based options, from which users can get relevant information instantly. The assistant gives immediate responses in response to selected commands, which makes communication effective and fast.
PTA says that the aim of this initiative is to provide better convenience to users, provide easy access to regulatory information and ensure quick answers to questions. Digital convenience is being promoted with the help of modern technology through this system.
Officials say that through the digital assistant, users will be able to get telecom services, fees, complaint resolution and other information from home. This will reduce the difficulties of telecom users and improve the quality of service.
