ISLAMABAD: A rare astronomical event caught the attention of the stars as six planets lined up in a row in the night sky.
According to details, experts confirmed that Mars, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune will be visible in a straight line, presenting a mesmerizing celestial display.
The Institute of Space Science and Technology (ISST) of the University of Karachi has arranged special facilities for the public to watch the event.
ISST Director Dr. Javed Iqbal, while highlighting the significance of the event, termed it a rare occurrence in the realm of astronomy.
Dr. Iqbal said, “It is unusual for more than three or four planets to be aligned at the same time.”
He added that this phenomenon will continue till next month, providing ample opportunities for observation.
