Android devices are widely used around the world. Many users struggle with slow Android phones, especially older models or budget devices.

A simple trick can make your phone feel faster. While it doesn’t increase the actual speed, it improves the perception of performance. Most slow devices have 2 to 4 GB of RAM, which can make apps lag or animations appear slow.

The solution lies in changing the animation scale. First, you need to enable Developer Mode. Go to Settings → About Phone → Build Number and tap it 7 times. A message will confirm that Developer Mode is enabled.

Next, go to Settings → System → Developer Options. Scroll down to find Window Animation Scale, Transition Animation Scale, and Animator Duration Scale. Reduce them to 0.5x. This adjustment will make your phone feel much faster and more responsive.

This simple tweak is safe and can improve everyday usability on slow Android phones. No extra apps or tools are needed.
