ISLAMABAD: Meta has introduced a new and interesting feature for WhatsApp users, which will make the profile more beautiful and personal.

In this new feature, users will now be able to add a cover photo along with their profile picture, which is quite similar to the cover photo option of a Facebook profile. The new feature is currently seen in the iOS beta version of WhatsApp.

For the new feature, additional space is being given above the profile picture, where the user will be able to put a cover photo of their choice. A new cover banner layout will be created at the top of the profile, which will make the profile look more clear and attractive than before.

Earlier, the cover photo facility in WhatsApp was limited only to business accounts. However, now the company is going to introduce this feature for general users as well. After this change, individual users will also be able to present their profile in a more personal way.

Under the new feature, the user will be able to select a cover photo by clicking on a specific part. This image can also be changed at any time. The cover photo will be saved in the profile settings and will be visible to anyone who views the user’s profile.

It should be noted that WhatsApp has recently introduced several new features such as member tags, text stickers, and event reminders, which are aimed at further improving the user experience.
