ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD)  has predicted that monsoon winds will start entering Pakistan after June 15, 2026.

This prediction has come at a time when the heat intensity continues despite intermittent clouds. According to the weather report, the temperature has reached 40 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be 27 degrees Celsius.

According to officials, the humidity ratio in the air was recorded at 13 percent, while the winds are blowing at a speed of 6 kilometers per hour, which is not proving effective in reducing the intensity of the heat.

Meteorologists say that despite the presence of clouds, there has been no significant improvement in the weather, and citizens are still facing intense heat.

However, the situation is likely to improve with the arrival of monsoon winds after June 15, after which rains may start, and the weather will become pleasant.
