Islamabad weather: Light rain with gusty winds expected in federal capital

ISLAMABAD: The residents of the Federal capital are witnessing light rainfall after experiencing hot weather during the day, bringing much relief to the residents.

The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 26 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 10 degrees Celsius.

The humidity level in the federal capital ranges between 55% to 60% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at a speed of 19 km/h. Whereas the chance of precipitation is up to 20 % today.

According to the Met Office, dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while residents of twin cities are set to strong winds accompanied by hailstorms.
