Islamabad weather update: Temperatures set to drop at night

ISLAMABAD: The citizens of the federal capital witnessed bright sun in the morning but the weather remained pleasant in the city. However, the temperatures are set to drop during the night providing cooler nights in the federal capital.

The maximum temperature recorded today ranges up to 31 degrees Celsius, whereas the minimum temperature expected in the evening will range up to 15 degrees Celsius.

The humidity level in the federal capital ranges between 30 to 37% with light wind blowing in the northwest direction at the speed of 18 km/h. Whereas, the chance of precipitation is up to 1% today.

According to Met Office, the weather will remain dry in most parts of the country. The weather is likely to be dry in most parts of the country, while it is likely to be cold in hilly areas at night. Smog is expected to remain in eastern Punjab during the morning/night hours.
