LAHORE: The citizens of the provincial capital are witnessing a severe heat wave in the provincial capital with dry weather prevailing in the city for the last few weeks.
According to the Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave prevails over the upper parts of Pakistan. Whereas, the minimum temperature in the city is likely to be 29 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature may reach 34 degrees Celsius. The humidity level in the air was recorded above 80%.
Today, the residents observed pleasant weather from the morning; however yet light rainfall is predicted for evening.
