ISLAMABAD: The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has predicted a fresh spell of rain in several parts of the country from March 9 to 12.
According to the authority, light rain is expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and the Potohar Plateau during the next 12 to 24 hours.
Rain accompanied by strong winds is also forecast in Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, and Mianwali.
The NDMA has also warned of possible hailstorms in the upper areas of Islamabad and the Potohar region, prompting local authorities to advise residents to remain cautious.
Citizens have been urged to stay updated with the latest weather advisories, avoid unnecessary travel during adverse conditions, and take precautionary measures during heavy rainfall or hail.
