ISLAMABAD: The American newspaper ‘The Telegraph’ has claimed that the Air India plane crash is likely to have been deliberately caused.
In this accident on June 12, 2025, 260 people were killed, and American investigative agencies and former CIA officials have alleged that India did not cooperate in the investigation of the Air India Ahmedabad plane crash and did not give access to several important evidence.
American journalist and former CIA official Sarah Adams says that the investigation of the American investigation team revealed that the accident occurred due to possible negligence of the pilot.
Indian authorities are still not giving full access to the black box data, Sarah Adams said that if the accident was due to pilot error, then hiding the black box data is not a matter of sovereignty but allegedly increases security concerns.
The American newspaper The Telegraph claimed in its report that according to American aerospace experts, there is a possibility of human intervention in the destruction of the plane.
The American journal said that the black box data also revealed that someone in the cockpit had shut off the engine’s fuel supply system.
The report said that the US investigation team was prevented from taking pictures of the crash site and some evidence disappeared before they arrived. It has also been revealed that Indian authorities have not given experts access to the cockpit voice recorder and a full analysis of flight data.
Both the Wall Street Journal and The Telegraph have expressed concerns that the crash may have been intentional.
