GAZA: The Palestinian Freedom organization Hamas, confirmed the martyrdom of Abu Obaida, the spokesman for its military wing, the Al-Qassam Brigades.
The new spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades confirmed the martyrdom of Obaida and other commanders of the Al-Qassam Brigades in a video statement released today.
The spokesman also confirmed the martyrdom of Al-Qassam leaders Muhammad Al-Sinwar, Raed Saad, Muhammad Shabana, and Hakam Al-Issa in the Israeli attacks.
In his statement, the spokesman introduced Abu Obaida by his real name, Hudhaifa Al-Kahloot.
Confirming that Yahya Al-Sinwar’s brother, Muhammad Al-Sinwar, was the head of the Al-Qassam Brigades after the martyred head of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Muhammad Al-Dif.
Hudhaifa al kahlout was the head of Al-Qassam’s media wing, Al-Alam Al-Askari.
The statement said that Abu served as the spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades for more than 20 years and organized its media wing along modern lines.
The new spokesman for the Al-Qassam Brigades said in his statement that Hudhaifa al kahlout had left behind his title of ‘Abu Obaida’, while the statement issued by Hamas named the new spokesman as Abu Obaida.
It should be noted that Israel had claimed to have targeted Abu in August this year.
