TEHRAN: Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib was martyred in an Israeli attack.

Iranian media has confirmed that Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib was martyred in the Israeli attacks yesterday.

Iranian President Masoud Peshkerkian also confirmed the martyrdom of Iranian Intelligence Minister Esmaeil Khatib in the Israeli attack.

Earlier, the Israeli army had announced that it had targeted the Iranian Intelligence Minister in an operation carried out last night.

On the other hand, the US and Israel continue to attack Iran, and the latest attacks targeted Iran’s Bushehr nuclear power plant.

According to Iranian officials, the plant was safe from the projectiles that fell on the plant’s premises and no staff member was injured.

According to the report, Iran has informed the International Atomic Energy Agency of the incident.
