WASHINGTON: A small plane crashed in the US state of North Dakota, killing the pilot and an American woman.
According to foreign media, US authorities say the plane crashed shortly after taking off from Crystal Airport in northern Minneapolis.
Brooklyn Park Police say they were notified of the crash at 11:51 a.m. local time. The plane caught fire shortly after the crash.
The US National Transportation Safety Board said it has launched an investigation into the crash.
