Trump warns Iran of ‘severe action’ over Strait of Hormuz

WASHINGTON: US President Donald Trump has hit Iran again after announcing that the war in Iran will end soon.

US President Trump has threatened that if Iran does not open the Strait of Hormuz within 48 hours, there will be severe action.

Trump said in his statement that the US will destroy various Iranian power plants in stages, first targeting Iran’s largest power plant.

Iran responded to Trump’s threat by saying that if Trump does so, US energy infrastructure in the Middle East will be targeted.

In another statement, Trump attacked a New York Times reporter.

Trump said that the US has wiped Iran off the map of the world, eliminated Iran’s leadership, and the New York Times says that Trump has not been able to achieve his goals in Iran?

It should be remembered that yesterday Trump had said that he was considering ending military operations in the Middle East. The countries that use the Strait of Hormuz should protect it themselves.
