In the 48-year history of the International Cricket Council (ICC) ODI World Cup, all the records of centuries have been broken. In the World Cup 2023, 25 centuries have been scored in 32 matches so far.
Many records have been broken in the 13th edition of the ongoing ICC ODI World Cup hosted by India. There are still 16 matches left in the mega event, with more new records expected to be created.
One of them is the record of centuries, since 1975, the most centuries have been scored in the first 10 matches in this World Cup. This year, 12 centuries were scored in just the first 10 matches of the mega event.

Notable batsmen who have scored centuries in the first ten matches of World Cup 2023 include Devon Conway, Rachin Ravindra, Quinton de Kock, Rassie van der Dussen, Abdullah Shafiq, Mohammad Rizwan and Rohit Sharma.
As for the 2019 World Cup, 31 centuries were scored by the end of the tournament, while the total number of centuries in the 2015 World Cup was 39.
So far 25 centuries have been completed in only 32 matches in this mega event.
