ISLAMABAD: Good news for customers looking to buy a Honda motorcycle, the company has introduced a scheme to buy motorcycles on easy installments without interest in collaboration with Bank Alfalah.
Under the scheme, Honda’s popular models CG 125, CG 150 and CD 70 can be purchased in monthly installments through a bank credit card, which will reduce the burden of buying a new motorcycle in the era of inflation. This scheme has been introduced at a time when buying a new motorcycle is becoming difficult for common consumers due to inflation, the facility of interest-free installments will reduce the financial burden on consumers and is also expected to increase activity in the local auto market.
This scheme includes three models of Honda company, including Honda CD 70, Honda CG 125 and Honda CG 150. According to bank officials, no interest will be charged on these models, however, customers will have to pay processing fees and federal excise duty.
This scheme is for a limited period and the availability of the bike is subject to stock. The Honda CD 70 is priced at Rs 159,900 and can now be availed at monthly installments of Rs 26,650. Similarly, the CG 125 and CG 150 are also available under this interest-free scheme, which eliminates the need to pay a large lump sum.
