ISLAMABAD: The government has decided to keep the price of diesel unchanged at Rs520.35 per litre in the latest review of petroleum products.

Despite ongoing fluctuations in global oil prices, no increase has been made in diesel rates.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif announced a significant reduction in the price of petrol by Rs 80 per liter, after which the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs 378.41. An official notification has also been issued in this regard.

It should be remembered that yesterday the government had fixed the price of petrol at Rs 458.41 per liter, after which it has now been reduced significantly.
