Gold prices decline in Pakistan after three-day winning streak

Gold price soars Rs1,000 per tola in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: On Saturday, gold recorded a downward trend in the local market of Pakistan as its three-day winning streak ended.

According to data shared by the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola reached Rs282,400 after a decline of Rs200.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs170 and the new price was Rs242,112.

Bullion rates also saw a decline in the international market as the price per ounce fell by $2 to close at $2,703.

Meanwhile, the price of silver also recorded a decline in the local market, with the price per tola falling by Rs24 to close at Rs3,381 while the price of 10 grams closed at Rs2,898 after a decline of Rs21.

A day ago, the price of gold in Pakistan saw an increase for the third consecutive day. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of one tola (11.66 grams) of gold increased by Rs 400 today.

As a result, the price of one tola of gold reached Rs 282,600. Moreover, the price of 10 grams of gold saw an increase of Rs 342, taking its price to Rs 242,283.

The price of gold also increased in the global market, with an increase of $ 2, and the price of gold per ounce has now reached $ 2,705.
