Rs 300 million gold looted from Karachi jeweler

KARACHI: Gold worth Rs 300 million was looted by breaking the wall of a jeweler’s shop. According to details, unknown suspects took away 606 tolas of gold and diamonds worth Rs 2.5 million. The incident was reported against well-known jewelers of District West Iqbal Market.

The victim jeweler Ayub Khan registered a case at the Iqbal Market police station. According to jeweler Ayub, the shop was closed as usual on the 13th. Karachi: When the craftsmen opened the shop on the 14th, the boxes were found empty.

When they went back to the shop, the wall was broken. Karachi: 7,064 grams of our personally made gold items were missing. Some diamonds and various items were also missing, worth Rs 2.5 million. After registering a case by the police, legal action was initiated.
