That is why A-grade solar panels from the same company are sold at different prices in different cities. For example, sometimes the same panels are available in Karachi at a lower price than in Islamabad or Peshawar.
If consumers want to buy quality solar panels at a lower price, they should approach the wholesale market or authorized dealers in their city. Prices are generally relatively low in the wholesale market while authentic dealers provide genuine and documented products. Saddar in Karachi, Hall Road in Lahore and College Road in Rawalpindi are considered to be the leading markets for purchasing solar panels.
Experts say that some solar companies charge more than the market rate due to the inclusion of installation, warranty and other services. Therefore, it can be beneficial to check the prices from different dealers and make a comparative review before purchasing.
According to the latest market information, the price of A-grade documented solar panels in Islamabad is between Rs 40 and 46 per watt. The same price has been recorded in Rawalpindi at Rs 39 to 45 per watt. Solar panels are available in Lahore and Multan for Rs 38 to 44 per watt, while in Faisalabad the price is between Rs 39 and 44 per watt.
Similarly, the price of solar panels in Quetta and Peshawar is being seen between Rs 40 and 45 per watt. On the other hand, A-grade solar panels are available at a relatively low rate in Karachi, where the price is between Rs 37 and 43 per watt. This is why many buyers prefer the Karachi market due to its low price.
