LAHORE: The Punjab government has launched a new scholarship program that offers to cover all tuition expenses for qualifying undergraduate students.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Resident of Punjab (domicile)
- Enrolled in the first semester (including MBBS and BDS)
- Family income must not exceed Rs. 350,000 ( public sector institutions)
- Family income must not exceed Rs. 500,000 (federal or private sector institutions)
- Must submit an affidavit as proof of income
Selection will be based solely on merit, with minimum academic performance requirements varying depending on the subject of study and the kind of institution. Marks from both the matriculation and intermediate examinations will be evaluated, having 30% and 70% weightage, respectively.
