Karachi announces deadline for matric exam forms, Check date inside

KARACHI: The deadline for submitting 9th-grade (matric)  annual exam forms has been announced. Students can submit their forms without incurring a late fee from September 9 to October 18, 2024.

This schedule applies to all government, municipal corporation, and labor department schools.

Additionally, schools affiliated with the government, municipal corporations, and health departments are exempt from paying exam fees.

For Science and General Group (Regular) students, exam forms must be submitted to the Board’s Accounts Section, accompanied by a photocopy of the practical questionnaire.

Private students can obtain exam forms from designated banks or board office booths, which must be verified by the relevant section before submission.

Affiliated educational institutions can also collect forms from National Bank, Askari Commercial Bank, United Bank Limited, and Board Office Booths.

Late Fee for Matric Annual Exam Forms

  • Rs. 200 from October 21 to October 31
  • Rs. 500 from November 1 to November 15
  • Rs. 800 from November 18 to November 29
  • Rs. 1,200 from December 2 to December 13
  • Rs. 1,500 from December 16 to December 31
  • Rs. 1,800 from January 1, 2025, to January 15, 2025.
