Former Pakistan captain Javed Miandad hospitalized after chest pain

KARACHI: Former Pakistan cricket team captain and legendary batsman Javed Miandad was taken to hospital after experiencing chest pain.

According to media, the former Test captain was rushed to the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD) in Karachi.

Doctors conducted necessary medical tests and performed an angiography.

After reviewing the reports, doctors declared Javed Miandad healthy and allowed him to return home.
