Islamabad High Court (IHC) suspended the winning notification of Islamabad’s all three constituencies i.e. NA-46, NA-47 and NA-48 on Monday.
Earlier, IHC had suspended the winning notification of Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry from NA-47 (Islamabad II).
The court has suspended the notification of victory of PML-N candidates Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, Anjum Aqeel and independent candidate, later joinded PML-N, Raja Khurram Nawaz.

PTI-backed independent candidate from NA-47, Shoaib Shaheen had challenged the notification. During the hearing, he argued that 380 Form 45 came to me till 12 o’clock in the night of the election day.
When I went to the RO’s office, my forms were being deposited in Tariq Fazal Chaudhry’s account and his in my account, he added.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition today and suspended ECP’s victory notification of Anjum Aqeel of PML-N from NA-46, Tariq Fazal Chaudhry from NA-47 and independent candidate Raja Khurram Shahzad Nawaz from NA-48.
Earlier, the Election Commission had issued the notification of the successful candidates for the three National Assembly seats in Islamabad.
