LAHORE: Renowned vlogger and TikToker Rajab Butt once again in news due to a road fight with youngster Imran Shayan in Satu Katla area of Lahore, according to media reports.
The video went viral on Social media, where Rajab was seen beating up Imran with the help of his friends inside a car, allegedly for not giving him way.
However, after the viral video, police summoned both the parties where Vlogger Butt has apologized to young Imran Shayan.
Rajab said the incident was due to a misunderstanding, adding that “I sincerely apologise. What happened was unfortunate and based on confusion,” Butt said in separate video in Imran’s presence.
After hearing their testimony, police ceased legal action against TikToker Rajab Butt and confirmed the truce.
This is not the first time Rajab has been in controversy; earlier, Rajab Butt, along with seven others, were booked for allegedly giving out threats on TikTok and showing up at the doorstep of a citizen with a gun.
The case was registered on a complaint by social media artist Umer Fayyaz, who claimed that Rajab Butt, Mann Dogar, and Haider Shah showed up at his home, along with some goons, and threatened him.
Mann Dogar supposedly shouted obscenities and threatened Umer while going on a TikTok Live, which Fayyaz regarded as an invasion of his dignity.
It’s not the first trouble Rajab Butt has been in. Last time, a case was registered against him in Karachi on account of content that allegedly offended Namaz and stirred religious sentiments.
