Bank holidays Eid ul Fitr Pakistan 2026 have been officially announced by the central bank for the financial sector.

According to the statement, all major financial institutions will remain closed for four consecutive days. This includes banks, the stock exchange, and regulatory bodies.

The holidays will start on Friday and Saturday, March 20 and 21, due to Eid ul Fitr. Sunday will be a regular weekly off.

Monday, March 23, will also be a public holiday on account of Pakistan Day.

During this period, services at the State Bank, commercial banks, and other financial institutions will remain suspended.

Officials confirmed that normal operations will resume from March 24. The stock exchange will also restart trading activities on Tuesday.

These bank holidays Eid ul Fitr Pakistan 2026 are part of the official holiday schedule to observe both religious and national events.
