Imran Khan & Bushra Bibi’s £190 case verdict postponed again

RAWALPINDI: The verdict in the £190 million reference against former Prime Minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi has been postponed once again.

The media could not be loaded, either due to server or network failure or the format is not supported.

Will the founder of PTI and Bushra Bibi be punished in the £190 million reference? The verdict will be pronounced tomorrow by Accountability Court Judge Nasir Javed Rana.

The court had reserved the verdict on the £190 million reference on December 18. Initially, the verdict was set for December 23, but the court postponed the date and set January 6.

The verdict in the £190 million reference has been postponed once again, the verdict will be pronounced tomorrow. Lawyers will be informed about the new date of the verdict tomorrow.

£190 million case

The £190 million case involves former Prime Minister Imran Khan, his wife Bushra Bibi and others, which was filed by NAB in December 2023. It focuses on an alleged settlement between the PTI government and a property tycoon, which cost Pakistan £190 million. Pakistan’s treasury.

Khan and Bushra are accused of misusing money sent by the UK’s NCA, Bushra was named for her role in the Al-Qadir Trust. The couple allegedly received benefits, including land for Al-Qadir University.

The NCA seized assets worth £190 million during Khan’s tenure, but details of the secret deal were not disclosed.
