The US Embassy Attack in Riyadh early Tuesday morning caused a small fire after two drones struck the building. Saudi officials confirmed there were no injuries as the embassy was empty at the time.
According to the Saudi defence ministry, the drones targeted the diplomatic quarter of Riyadh. The attack resulted in minor material damage. Fire engines were seen outside the US mission shortly after the incident.
Saudi air defence systems intercepted several drones during the attack. Officials later said eight drones were destroyed near Riyadh and Al-Kharj. Authorities raised security levels across the capital.

US President Donald Trump said the war could last longer than expected but insisted operations are ahead of schedule. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the conflict would not continue for years.
Iranian officials warned they would not stay silent and claimed their missile and drone capabilities remain active despite heavy strikes.
