Army Chief lashes out at media during a conversation with youngsters on Pakistan Day  

Will not take extension, retire in five weeks, says COAS General Bajwa

ISLAMABAD: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa has said that let the politicians solve their problems among themselves, the army will not interfere, if people vote for the right people then Pakistan will change. If so, how will the problems be solved? He was talking to youngsters from different parts of the country on the occasion of the Pakistan Day Parade.

Asked by a young man, he said that people of Sindh and Balochistan should vote for those who want development. Expressing his sentiments over the unwarranted criticism of the media, he said that if the people of media become human then everything will be fine.

Answered a question, he said that only nations that show tolerance and forbearance develop. Answering to an anther question from a tribal youth, the Army Chief said that they are working for the development of the tribal districts. May be the next army chief could be from FATA or Balochistan.
