QUETTA: A new mechanism for the appointment of officers and employees of Balochistan has been approved.
The Chief Secretary Balochistan has issued a notification amending the Balochistan Civil Servants Rules to determine the competent authority for appointment.
According to the notification, the concerned secretary will have the authority to appoint employees from grade one to fifteen.
The Chief Secretary will have the authority to appoint officers from grade sixteen to twenty. The Chief Minister will have the authority to appoint grade twenty-one.
