  • Complete biometric verification at the SIM issuance counter
  • After verification, the SIM will be activated immediately

Important instructions:

  • Keep the SIM for your own use only
  • Avoid giving the SIM to anyone else
  • Keep the SIM on at all times so that you receive all important BISP messages on time

Social Protection Vault

Benazir Income Support Program has introduced a new payment system for registered citizens, ‘Social Protection Vault’, to make the system more transparent and easier.

According to BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid, the Social Protection Vault has been launched for registered citizens to make the payment system more transparent and easier.

According to Senator Rubina Khalid, distribution of free SIM cards has started among women registered under the Social Protection Wallets system.

Women should go to the nearest BISP office or designated camp with their original identity card and mobile phone, where, after biometric verification, they will be provided with a free mobile SIM through which their Social Protection Wallet will be activated.

She clarified that women should not pay money to anyone to get the SIM because it is absolutely free.

Social Protection Wallets will be created on the SIM only by BISP, so do not contact any unauthorized person or institution.

She said that in future, all payments will be transferred through the same Social Protection Wallets, while messages related to payments will also be received on the same SIM.
