ISLAMABAD: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the allocation of residential plots in sector C-14 to the public.
According to the details, the decision was finalized during a meeting chaired by Chairman CDA Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa.
As per Chairman CDA Muhammad Ali Randhawa’s directives, one kanal plot would be given to the general public through a ballot via a phased balloting system.
CDA had already allotted almost one-fourth of plots to affectees of the sector under the land-sharing formula.
Furthermore, the meeting decided to receive development charges on the allotted plots across C-14 and other sectors. Notably, the sector positioned along Margalla Avenue in C-14 boasts an exquisite location.
While chairing a separate meeting, Chairman CDA directed the completion of the remaining development work in Sector I-12 within four months.
