ISLAMABAD: The follow-up examination of the affected eye of PTI founder Imran Khan has been completed, as he has been given the fifth dose of intravitreal injection.
A private channel quoted prison sources as saying that the PTI founder was transferred to PIMS from Adiala Jail last night under tight security, where his eye was fully examined.
After the examination, he was given an injection as part of the necessary medical procedure.
Sources said that he had been given four intravitreal injections before, and the current medical phase is a link in the same chain. After the injection, he was transferred to Adiala Jail again.
PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar also confirmed Imran Khan’s medical examination and said that the PTI founder was brought to PIMS Hospital from Adiala Jail last night.
