Federal Constitutional Court announces 200 jobs

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has announced 200 vacant posts.

A notification has been issued to fill the vacant posts in the Federal Constitutional Court.

Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court Aminuddin Khan has approved vacant posts from Grade 2 to Grade 22.

It has also been decided to establish registries of the Federal Constitutional Court in all four provinces.

Federal Constitutional Court announces 200 jobs

Justice Amir Farooq said that provincial registries will be established across the country. So that the public can get the facility of filing constitutional cases in their own provinces.

He said that it has also been decided to provide a video link facility in the Constitutional Court.

The Constitutional Court is still in the transition phase and will soon become fully functional and play its role.

Earlier, the Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) publicized its winter vacation dates, when it will be closed from December 22, 2025, to January 4, 2026. Hearings are set to restart on January 5, 2026.

Based on the official notification, the courts offices will be open throughout the vacation period, and hearings for urgent and previously scheduled cases will proceed.

The Federal Constitutional Court was established under the 27th Constitutional Amendment for the purpose of enhancing Pakistan’s judicial system and the protection of constitutional rights.
