RAWALPINDI: FIA team reaches Adiala Jail to find out who is running PTI founder Imran Khan’s X (Twitter) account?
According to reports, the FIA Cyber Crimes Wing has started an investigation into Imran Khan’s account posting anti-state content.
A three-member FIA Cyber Crimes team visited Adiala Jail and questioned Imran Khan in this regard. The team was led by Ayaz Khan.
According to reports, the team asked: Who runs your X account? Where is it used from? Who have you given access to? Do you know that the posts on your account are anti-state?
According to the report, Imran Khan replied that I will not tell who runs my X account.
Sources further said that the PTI founder asked the FIA team for a written questionnaire and insisted on answering it only in the presence of his lawyers.
The cybercrimes team remained at Adiala Jail for more than an hour.
