PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has launched a digital internship program for women.
Selected women will be given a monthly stipend of Rs 30,000 for six months. The program aims to provide practical experience to women in the technology and digital sectors.
HEC has made internships and certifications mandatory for undergraduate students. The interns will be provided with practical experience in key areas such as artificial intelligence, UI/UX, web development, application development, graphic design, and digital marketing.
Under the program, interns will be deployed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s IT Park companies, Digital Transformation Unit, and KPITB headquarters so that they can gain practical experience related to the industry.
Interested female candidates can submit applications on the official portal joinit.kp.gov.pk/list/jobs. The last date for submission of applications is March 13, 2026.
