ISLAMABAD: Hot weather is expected in Islamabad and surrounding during day time. However, partly cloudy weather with chances of duststorms/windstorms with rain-thunderstorms.
Per the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), a westerly wave will likely enter Pakistan’s upper parts on Tuesday evening/night.
Under these weather conditions, rain-wind/thunderstorms are likely in the twin cities and at isolated places in the Potohar region, northeast Punjab, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir on Monday night.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, rain-wind/thunderstorms are likely in the twin cities and at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Pothohar Region, upper Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during evening/night.
Islamabad’s maximum temperatures will likely stay between 40-42°C on Tuesday and 38-40°C on Wednesday.

Hot weather is expected mainly in most parts of the country, while it is very hot in plain areas. However, duststorms/rain-thunderstorms are expected in Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, Islamabad, Pothohar Region, upper Punjab, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
