A shallow westerly wave is affecting the western and upper parts of the country and is likely to persist in the upper parts during the next 24 hours.
Cloudy weather with rain-windstorms/thunderstorms is expected at isolated places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, north Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and upper Punjab. Gusty winds/windstorm is expected in south Punjab and upper Sindh during the evening/night.
Mainly dry weather is expected over most parts of the country, while hot in central and southern parts. Rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir and adjoining hilly areas. Gusty winds/windstorm is expected in south Punjab during the period.
Partly cloudy/dry weather prevailed over most parts of the country, while hot in southern parts. Light rain/drizzle occurred at isolated places in north Balochistan.
