Rent of KP House in Islamabad increased: Here’s how much?

PESHAWAR: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has increased the room rent of government residences in Islamabad and Abbottabad.

According to an official notification, the daily rent of provincial employees in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House in Islamabad has been increased from Rs.2200 to Rs.4400.

Therefore, now federal ministers, senators, advisers and MNAs will have to pay Rs 5800 per day instead of Rs 3700.

The rent for rooms at the Shahi Mehman Khana in Peshawar has also increased. The daily fare for a VIP room has been increased from Rs 2,200 to Rs 4,400, while the fare for a standard room has increased to Rs 4,400. 2,700 to Rs. 3,600.

The daily rent in KP House Abbottabad has been increased from Rs.10 to Rs.10. 1,800 to Rs. 3,600.
