LAHORE: Former Senior Puisne Judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, has issued an update following his resignation from office to return to legal practice.
In a social media posting, he stated that his current focus would be on practicing law involving international and national arbitration, as well as providing strategic legal counseling, and that his current position is as a professor at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS).
Shah revealed that he would be taking up a position as a visiting lecturer at Yale Law School in 2026 and the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2027.
In spite of this, he revealed that he would still be interested in arbitration and mediation work.
He restated the principles he has been adhering to in his profession, including his dedication to the rule of law, the Constitution, and integrity and transparency. This will continue to follow him in his future endeavors.
