ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif paid tribute to the Pakistan Army for giving a befitting reply to the Afghan Taliban.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said in his statement that the army has the full capability to crush aggressive intentions, and the army is determined not to let the peace and security of the country be threatened.
The Prime Minister said that the army is performing its duties with passion under the leadership of Field Marshal Asim Munir.
The Prime Minister made it clear that there will be no compromise on the defense of the beloved homeland, and every aggression will be given a befitting reply to the enemy.
The Prime Minister said that Pakistan has always promoted peace, will not let the country’s integrity be threatened, and the nation stands by the Pakistani army.
President Asif Ali Zardari
President Asif Ali Zardari said that the nation and armed forces of Pakistan are standing like a leaden wall to protect the integrity of the homeland and its borders.
He made it clear that Pakistan will not compromise on peace, stability, and territorial integrity and will not be intimidated by pressure or intimidation.
The President said that the response capability of the Pakistani armed forces is comprehensive, timely, and decisive, and has the full capacity to uproot the evil intentions of the enemy. He stressed that Pakistan does not want conflict, but if anyone considers the peace of the country as weakness, it will be given a strong response.
President Zardari criticized the Afghan Taliban regime and said that for the past five years, this group has been involved in terrorist acts in Pakistan through TTP terrorists.
Pakistan tried to bring it on the path of moderation with the help of brotherly countries, but there was no positive progress. He added that if the bloodshed continues, no one will be beyond the reach of the responsible elements.
PTI Statement on Operation Ghazab-ul-Haq
In a statement released on the social media platform ‘X’, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar said that may Allah always protect Pakistan. We will try to maintain peace with our neighbors wherever possible, but we will never hesitate to confront the threats they pose to Pakistan.
He said that every enemy will be brought to its end and Afghanistan’s provocation against Pakistan will be given a befitting reply.
Barrister Gohar added that Pakistan’s security forces, God willing, will defend their country with the prayers of the nation, and our prayers and support are always with them.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced to stand with the Pakistan Army in response to the ongoing terrorist operations in Pakistan from the soil of Afghanistan and the aggression of the Afghan government.

The party has emphasized that tributes will be paid to the military and civilian martyrs who sacrificed their lives in defense of the homeland, and that ridding the country of terrorism is the top priority. PTI spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram issued this position in a tweet.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram said in a tweet that Pakistan supported Afghanistan in every difficult time and sheltered a large number of Afghan refugees under humanitarian sympathy, but unfortunately, Afghan soil is being used for terrorism in Pakistan.
He added that Afghanistan has become a threat not only to Pakistan but also to the peace of the entire region, where terrorist organizations are supported.
He said that in a critical situation, PTI stands with its brave soldiers and prays that Allah Almighty protects Pakistan. The party appreciated the patience and forbearance of the soldiers and civilians who were martyred as a result of terrorist acts, even in the blessed month of Ramadan.
