ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided not to send its workers to Adiala Jail to meet with the sisters or lawyers of PTI founder Imran Khan.
According to sources, the parliamentary party of the opposition alliance discussed the procedure for meeting Imran Khan in the parliamentary party meeting. It was decided in the meeting that no worker will go with his sisters or lawyers for the meeting today, Tuesday.
According to sources, the members jointly decided that the government will not be given any opportunity to crack down or obstruct. Chairman PTI Barrister Gauhar said that they can give their message to the Speaker only if they go to the advisory committee.
Sources said that Mahmood Khan Chakzai and the leaders directed the Speaker to go to the advisory committee to explain their position.
