RAWALPINDI: The workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf assaulted journalists outside the Adiyala jail on Monday.
The journalists were covering the press conference of Aleema khan after the Tosha Khana hearing in the central jail in Rawalpindi.
Journalists also boycotted Aleema Khan’s press conference.

Journalist Tayyab Baloch was attacked and thrown out of the media talk. Even after seeing him being tortured, the leadership did not stop the workers.
SP Saddar Nabeel Khokhar, ASP Zainab Ayub, and SHO Aizaz Azeem reached the spot along with a team. An application is being filed at the Adiala Chowki on behalf of the journalists.
A police team has also been called to arrest the people who committed the violence. A large number of PTI workers are present near Adiala.
