LAHORE: The Punjab Environment Department has started recruitment in the Environment Force on the directions of the Chief Minister.
360 posts are being filled, including 80 inspector posts for which the recruitment process has been completed. Appointment letters have been issued to the inspectors who meet the merit criteria.
Moreover, interviews are underway for 280 field assistant posts, suitable seating arrangements have been made for the candidates. The recruitment process will continue till January 17.
Once deployed, the recruited staff will be assigned active field duties across Punjab.
