Skardu: A foreign female tourist was found dead in a hotel room, according to police sources.
Police said the deceased has been identified as Chang Yong, a national of Malaysia.
The body has been shifted to the Regional Hospital Skardu, police confirmed.
Authorities added that the exact cause of death will be determined after a post-mortem examination.
