Karachi: A woman gave birth to a baby on the roadside near Karachi’s National Stadium in a startling incident.
Rescue officials mentioned that following the delivery, the woman lost consciousness. Nearby police officials promptly intervened and transported her to a nearby hospital for urgent medical attention.
The hospital administration confirmed that the woman’s condition has stabilized, and the newborn is healthy, averting any immediate danger.
This incident follows a previous case where a woman reportedly gave birth on the premises of a hospital after being allegedly denied treatment by the staff.

In response, the Tharparkar deputy commissioner has formed a committee led by District Health Office Dr. Gordhan Das to investigate the matter. The committee has been instructed to submit its findings at the earliest opportunity.
