Known for her performances in popular dramas including Kuch Ankahi, Chupke Chupke, Paristan, Janam, and Dr. Bahu, Mira belongs to a prominent media family. She married Bilal Siddiqui in California in 2019 after years of being together. In 2025, she publicly confirmed that the marriage had ended.

During a recent appearance on Ahmed Ali Butt’s podcast Excuse Me, Mira reflected on how the experience changed her outlook on life. She explained that one of her biggest realizations was the importance of staying true to herself instead of changing her personality to satisfy others. According to her, compromising one’s identity for a spouse, friends, or even professional relationships ultimately does more harm than good.

The actress also shared that the journey, despite its challenges, helped her become emotionally stronger and more mature. Looking back, she said she has moved on and now views that chapter of her life with greater clarity.

Speaking about her marriage, Mira revealed that she never faced pressure from society to marry. She said the decision was entirely her own, driven by love and idealism, and she takes full responsibility for that choice rather than blaming anyone else.

Her honest remarks have sparked conversations online about self-respect, personal boundaries, and the expectations women often face after divorce.
