ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to retain Pakistan top order batter Salman Ali Agha as captain until the T20 World Cup 2026.
According to details, Salman Ali Agha’s leadership style has impressed the authorities, and there is a strong possibility that T20 captain Salman Ali Khan will be retained as captain until the T20 World Cup.
Officials say that Salman Agha has led the team to victory with his leadership skills, so there seems to be no need for any changes.
Additionally, it should be noted that Salman Agha has played 38 out of 40 T20 International matches as captain in his career, making him the country’s third most successful captain with 23 victories.
Furthermore, The team led by Babar Azam has won 48 matches and the national team led by Sarfaraz Ahmed has won 29 matches. Recently, Pakistan won the tri-nation T20 series held in Rawalpindi under the leadership of Salman.
